2011 Outreach Endowment Funding Request

The Church of the Mediator's Outreach Endowment Fund supports various local and international outreach efforts each year.  Each month we will tell you about a different project here that we support financially and ask for your prayers.  

Use the Request for Funding form to seek a grant from the Outreach Endowment Fund.  This form can be copied and pasted into your MS Word program (or probably any other word program you have), then filled in, saved, and sent on via e-mail to the church at jtrepagnier@episcopalmediator.org  Use Outreach Endowment Fund Grant Request in the subject line.

The Mediator Outreach Endowment provides funding for Lehigh Valley non-profit social service agencies or a specific Mediator parishioner outreach project.  Funding awards are based on the Endowment Committee evaluation of requests submitted by Mediator parishioners who have an interest and/or involvement in their sponsored agency or project.  No more than two requests should be submitted by any parishioner. We expect to have approximately $4,500 available for distribution. 

The request application form is available in Microsoft Word electronic format and can be obtained from Jo Trepagnier.  It is also available for download from the Mediator Web site (www.episcopalmediator.org) Outreach link {but must be copied from the website and pasted into Microsoft Word}.  The space for entering text will expand as text is electronically entered.  While we strongly prefer a Microsoft Word response, hardcopy applications will be accepted.   

Parishioners should contact the agency they are sponsoring for input to (or partial preparation of) the request, but the final request should be submitted by the sponsoring parishioner.  Any information from the sponsored agency which supplements the Funding Request should also be in Word electronic format and submitted by the parishioner.   The requests should be submitted by the parishioner to Jo Trepagnier (jtrepagnier@episcopalmediator.org) who will compile them for the Endowment Committee.   

All requests will be reviewed by the Outreach Endowment Committee in early December and the funds will be available in early January.
