Christmas-at-Sea
The Christmas-at-Sea program of the Seamen's Church Institute is looking for knitters who can create a cap, scarf, or sweater for mariners away from home on Christmas Day. Most seafarers come from tropical to temperate countries and are unprepared for the frigid winter temperatures of the North Atlantic. The garments are deeply appreciated.
