A Seaside Village in Galilee

The morning sessions will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon. The "Galilee by-the-Sea" program will provide opportunities to visit the Synagogue, play authentic games, sing and dance to lively Bible songs, and sample Middle Eastern snacks. Participants will explore a Galilee by-the-Sea Marketplace where they'll become apprentices in the Carpentry Shop and make toy boats in the Toy Making Shop. They will visit the local Fisherman's Hut and help to make a life-sized fishing net and also the Rope Making Shop to learn how to make rope. Stone carving and jewelry making will also be available for those who wish to spend a week by the sea in Galilee. Kids and adults will become immersed in authentic Bible-times culture. Mediator kids have been invited to join in this fun! Registration is limited to 80 participants and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
